Does your mail program work overseas when trying to retrieve your e mails ? Or do you have to go to a Web browser ? I'm on earthlink / bright house network here in the USA. So do I go to the earthlink web site ( web mail ) page if i were in another country?

how do you retrieve your e mail oversees ( mail program)

The internet is international and unless your email provider has some strict regulations and settings or it is banned in the country you want to have access to it, you can use your mail client also outside of the country you normally use it in.
