How do you set an email as "unread"?

I have my accounts as IMAP and after I read an email on my iPad, I'd like to set it back to unread so it shows as new on my iMac.

Is there a way to do this on the iPad?

Just above the content of the email where it shows the subject and date/time, on the right side you should see something that says "Mark as Unread".

Tap on that.
