How do you set Dual Audio outputs for Dual Monitors?

I have a nice setup with my MacPro with my second monitor being my living room TV. I need to find some way to play the sound from apps on the 2nd monitor through my second audio output so my TV sound comes out of the 2nd monitor and the computer sound comes out of my computer speakers. Does anyone know any OS X setting to do this or some program to set certain apps to output to specific outputs? I found a program called Detour 1.5.5 that does exactly what I need, but does not work at all on Intel Macs :( Any ideas how to get my setup perfect or on getting Detour to work on my Intel Mac?
