How do you set up youre new phones.

Since I started using iPhone's I have always restored from backup because I didn't want to lose my app data so i Fully restore.

Do you guys set up from scratch every time you get a new phone or do you use backups?

Does the phone work better if it is set up from scratch?

Backup previous phone, restore.

I use iCloud now. I did, however restore with iTunes this time to get my camera roll back.

I have always restored from the previous backup, never started over new.
