How do you sync projects (books) in photos app

I have an iMac with my photos.app library and it is synced via iCloud with a Macbook pro and my iOS devices. All images and videos are synced but the projects (photobooks) we have done on the iMac are not showing on the Macbook Pro.

The iMac has the original images and the Macbook pro just optimised images.

How can we sync the projects (books) with the MacBook Pro?
