How do you take out backgrounds in I photo

Is their a way in I photo where I can get rid of the black all I want is the logo on just the white that's it.This is a picture of my wallpaper.thanks.

AFAIK you can't, you need an image editor and iPhoto can't do that, try Seashore for this kinda thing.
