How do you tell if you have Samsung SSD or Toshiba SSD?

Hello I just purchased a 13" Macbook Pro late 2013 8GB ram 256 SSD , December 2013 build date. I am trying to determine which SSD I have the Samsung version or Toshiba version.

Black Magic test scores were 688 MB/s Write and 730MB/s Read. Is it possible to tell just based on these numbers?

it's the fast one. the "slow" one would write for 500-550ish

Go to Finder > Applications (CMD+SHIFT+A) > Utilities (CMD+SHIFT+U) > System Information > Hardware > Serial-ATA.

I'm curious are there different manufacturers for the 512gb models besides samsung?

Seem to be getting the higher speeds with rmbp but I'm thinking of exchanging it for a 16gb RAM version. I'm concerned about getting the slower drive though.
