Just curious if I'm gonna have to pay an arm and a leg in order to get the new iPhone.

Any ideas on how it might work? What did they do for original iPhone owners when the 3G came out.

Thanks guys :)

We might or might not get a subsidized price along with renewing our 2 year contract with AT&T.

That's what they did last year and I'm pretty sure they'll do that this year because if they don't they will get A LOT of heat for it and their stocks would plummet over bad press.

Remember in 2007 when we all camped out and then a month and a half later they lowered the price? Yeah, they don't want that again.

Go to your AT&T online account and it will tell you if you have to pay full price or it will tell you to the day when you can get a "reduced price" or a fully "subsidized" price for the iPhone.

Buy it at discounted rate, renew contract for 2 years.

The discounted rate right now is $399/$499 for 8GB/16GB.
