How do you transfer widgets and all of its setting?

i know there's a folder of widgets but is there a way i can transfer all my widgets and its setting?

ie. i have multiple weather for different cities, stickies w/ notes on them.., etc..

i wanna know for future references when i transfer my stuff from my imac to a different mac so that i wont have to reenter everything in widgets again..

Migration assistant should handle this.

would migration assistant allow me to onlY transfer widgets and nothing else over?

Why wouldn't you want Apps and documents too? I don't know if you can do JUST widgets.
