So I put in these numbers in the phone app, and it has the cellular signal in the left corner as a number instead of bars such as -97

Anyways, it's kind of stuck on that, no matter what app I'm in, I've restarted the phone and that doesn't help either, I just want my more esthetically pleasing bars back, even though I rarely get more than 3
