How do you turn of Voiceover?

I was cleaning my keyboard and then all of the sudden some dude starts telling me what I'm doing. How in the heck do I turn it off? It's highly annoying!

I did the same thing trying to reload a web page. it's command+F5. it should say "voiceover on" or "voiceover off" as you toggle it.
