How do you turn off contact pictures/photos in Outlook 2016?

I love the preview of Outlook 2016, and it seems more reliable than Apple Mail for synching with Gmail.

But... how do I turn off the contact image that shows in the header of every email? I don't use contact images, but I can't see any place this can be disabled.

Am I just looking in the wrong place?
