how do you turn off wallpaper?

Just out of curiosity is there an option to turn off wallpapers?

doesnt look like it..I had to make a blank black image to get rid of that nonsense backgrounds..Im starting to like os 3 way more cause of these weird quirks.

No there isnt unfortunately but, its pretty easy to make a black wallpaper. Just put your finger over your camera and take a pic. Voila!
