How do you unrotate a recorded iPhone video

If you shoot iPhone video and then rotated it in the middle two times, how can you unrotate that two instances of rotation during the video?

You will have to edit the video with editing software.
You cant do it on the phone, you will have to transfer the video file to your computer and do it from there.
Try not to rotate the phone while you're recording.

Not sure, I dont do much video editing.
Try searching for adobe premier, final cut, windows movie maker and there's many others.
Some free some paid.

If you double press the home button quickly, Apps appear at the bottom. One of them has a Circle with an arrow pointing in a Clock-Wise fashion.

That's the orientation lock for the whole phone.
He already took the video without that feature turned off and now wants to fix the video so it doesnt flip like he did when he recorded it.
