What am I doing wrong, I have searched online for help but everyone says it should be enough to just double click

its not working for me

help?

thanks an advance,

Screenshot pretty please? Of whatever you're getting after you click it. along with one of your rightclick menu.

PS..
The UNArchiver http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/unarchiver.html
Also works quite well, sometimes stuffit is dumb...
install that, then rightclick(Apple +Click) the zip file to "open with". i have a feeling its not stuffit though. but just a shot.
