How do you use Cocktail?

I know it does something really important. I just got a mac not long ago and i figured most things out, but can't get this one.

I know it does something really important. I just got a mac not long ago and i figured most things out, but can't get this one.

Cocktail runs certain Unix maintenance utilities that would run automatically if you let your computer run 24/7. MacJanitor and Onyx perform similar functions. MacJanitor and Onyx are freeware. Cocktail is shareware. Cocktail works, but no better than the free alternatives.
