How do you use the app iColon?

I downloaded the app iColon, and I restarted my Mac already, but I can't figure out how to use it. How do you change the color and stuff?
Please help me although this mite seem like a stupid question....

Do you mean the thing that changes the menu bar icon colours? It only works with Tiger/10.4 and below.
