how do you watch movies from you mac onto your tv?

im not sure about how to watch movies i already have on my ibook G4 onto the tv. how do i possibly do it?..any special cables? or stuff? and what does VGA do?

If it can play in iTunes, you could always splash out on an AppleTV, that is what its for

what they are suggesting is cables that will just mirror the ibook onto a tv, so its like having a bigger display. probably the bets option.
