Alright here's the deal... Apple screwed up when they replaced my iPhone 3G... they replaced it under a different customers name... they're able to activate in the store.. however once I get home and try to update it... it locks up... says my sim card is not readable..

is there anyway to fix this?? I've had 2 3G's do this now in a row.. 2 days apart and i'm getting sick and tired of having to make an appointment at a apple store that is always crazy busy and hard to make appointments at..... I've now been without a working iPhone for almost a week...

Oh and apple really made my day yesterday... tech support called me to dig into my problem... assured me everything was fixed... instructed me to go buy a new sim card... and that killed the phone....
