How do they treat the factory employyes? are they treated like horrible chinese slaves? Or are they treated at all fairly?

I know about the iPod conditions, but are the Mac factories and different?

EDIT:I read Apple's policy, and it looks as if they are okay.

Like communists. Treat em like slaves pay em pennys while the Ceo's reap in Millions with stock options, give aways, planes, fame and Tv spots. Thats the 100% truth............oh your not talking about Pods, sorry.

Apple does not have any factory employees, most all the work is done by subcrontractors these days.

Apple got rid of the last of their inhouse workers years ago, though they may still own the old Apple factory buildings the subcontractors work in these days.

Apple has a "standard" that they must adhere to in order to remain a subcontractor.

Heck, send in a Mac for repair by Apple and Flextronics will do it for you.
