I purchased a 16gb iPhone on ebay 2 weeks ago. The phone itself is only 2 months old. How do I go about setting applecare up for my iPhone? Also, is there any recipt or proof of purchase required for applecare?

^^^you can activate the AppleCare on your home computer via the apple.com website (http://www.apple.com/support/). No proof of purchase required, AppleCare will be effective from the date of the original purchase. It takes a few minutes, and you'll receive a confirmation email from AppleCare and you'll be able to view your AppleCare Agreement a few minutes later...

the original owner has to transfer it over to you. I believe the seller may need your information in order to complete the transfer.
