Let's say I work on a file at home. I put this file on iDisk. I go to work the next day. I get on iDisk for the file and do some editing. When I go back home, does iDisk update the file with my changes? Also, how do I put the iDisk icon on my desktop (PC at work and PC at home) like I see in the video? It automatically shows up on my macbook (strange icon to say the least).

iDisk is remotely storage. It appears on your Mac desktop as it is a remote resource that is mounted locally. When you make changes to files on your iDisk storage medium, they are made directly. There is no caching or staggered write or synchronization being performed. Reads and writes are immediate (within reason)
