How does one contact apple app store?

I have found an issue from an app from the apple ios store that I have used along with others which would appear to steal information and allow remote use of my ipad.

Any idea how I could contact the app store regarding this as myself and friends have had very odd behavior with one person not even able uninstall the app.

Thanks, but thats the method I tried and doesnt work.

Any other ideas?
