Long story short, i need to make a dfont file. I have found an app 'dfontifier' that only runs on 10.2-10.4 so i cant use it. I have all the font resources i should need, i just cant find a way to make them into a dfont suitcase.
Actually, you don't. With the exception of some ancient--and, by now, obscure font formats--MacOS X natively handles just about every font format there is. You will gain nothing by converted from one format that MacOS X handles natively to another format that MacOS X handles natively.
Now, if you want to waste your time and money, then you consider FontLab's TransType Pro.
Actually, i needed a dfont so i could change the system font seeing as osx uses dfont libraries.
Regardless, someone elsewhere got it done for me, so no worries
