how does ordering work?

I was second in line for the launch of the iPad, but this time around I plan on ordering 2 iPhone 4's to have delivered to my house for June 24th because it got boring after a while and also I don't want to have any trouble of getting the phone at the apple store because I am not the account owner and she will not be with me.

I am not the account owner it is under my moms name but I pay the bill for both iPhones on it now so I know all of the information and everything. So how do you order it? Just have to put in the account number or what?

The most important thing you need to know is probably the last 4 digits of the account holder.
