How does RSS screen saver pick feeds?

I was looking through some of the different feeds available on the RSS screen saver and was curious how to add more feeds to the list of available feeds? I used to have close to 150 listed and then had a problem and had to do an archive and install and now I am down to just 15. I would really like to add many of these back.

Open up the RSS feed in Safari and on the bottom right click book mark this page. Select one of the folders and click add.

Now go into the options section of the RSS Screen saver and select your feed. All done .

that is not adding them at all. That is what I assumed, but it is not working.

that's correct it is not adding my bookmarked rss feeds

Do they appear properly as feeds in Safari (i.e. have you confirmed that they work)? ...And do they follow this general format?
