I'd like to use the Screen Time feature to help control my internet habits, but I'm very confused about what it is showing me.
Today, after about 30 minutes of use, my MBA says I've been using it for 12h 55m. It's currently 1pm, so macOS thinks I've been using this machine since just after midnight.
I'm also using the App Limits feature, but that too seems random - I have a particular website limited to 5 mins. The other day, I went to that site for the first time that day, and it was immediately blocked, and App Limits said I'd spent 8 hours on it that day. Conversely, it doesn't seem to recognise Instagram, which I can happily browse well past the time limit is up, whether I select it as a social app, or just manually enter the URL.
Am I using the Screen Time feature incorrectly, or is there some setting I've missed? Is there some way to reset it all and start over?
