Does it work any differently than in Mojave? My 2019 iMac has this odd bug that I’m assuming is a bug in Mojave or something because ever since I got the iMac, if my Mac is asleep for a long time such as a 20 hour period or so when I go to wake the Mac with the mouse or keyboard it doesn’t wake it up and I need to do a quick press physically on the back of the 2019 iMac’s Power button and it wakes up right away. It’s kind of annoying. Apple recently released a software update that in it’s description said that it resolved an issue with certain macs not waking up from sleep and I was hoping that was the fix I was waiting for but it didn’t fix the issue for me at least.

I am hoping Catalina fixes this which is why I am asking whether the sleep/wake mechanism is different under Catalina

I am running the latest version on Mojave on my 2019 iMac
