how does the new 13in compare to similar sb core i5 pc?

would a toshiba, dell.. with a dual core i5 score the same benchmark as the new mbp 13 for example?

in other words what makes the mbp unique? the high benchmark the mbp received are they only due to the intel chip?

The benchmarks, specifically Geekbench are basically just a test of CPU and memory, so any computer with the same CPU should score somewhere around the same.
