My late father had an old iMac g5. But it was too big too keep 2 separate pcs side by side. So I replaced it with a used 2009 Mac mini from eBay for 40 bucks. First pic shown here.

You see the mini hiding under the black riser. The riser was from target for 20 bucks. I had the m1 mac mini right next to it to the right. The power button was in the back and was hard to press sometimes but still nothing compared to the new mac mini m4 where the power button is on the bottom. The new mac mini m4 replaced the m1 mac mini. Same place under the black riser.
Incase anyone is wondering I had a much bigger stand and was too much so the smaller black riser from target fit the bill. But the monitor was still was too low and not eye level. So for 10 bucks I think it was I went Hobby Lobby and I got the black thing sitting on top of the black riser. It was called floating shelf I think. It raises up the monitor and is now eye level.
The black riser from target was about 4.5 inches high by 11 inches depth and 17 inches wide left to right. The floating shelf is about 2.75 inches high and 12 inches wide left to right and 10 inches depth.
But anyhow under the black riser is no good. It hard to press the M4 power button when under the riser its tight. So I got this.
It attaches to the back of my monitor.

Vesa was recessed but a couple of washers from Home Depot did the trick. Just be careful they don't fall inside the monitor. A washer did but I got it out thank god. Would have been bad. Anyhow the new m4 mac mini stays int he back now and all the wires off my desk. It's hard to see in the last picture but looks much better.
It is much easier to reach the power button from now on. It a little tight but my finger or pinky slips in there. Or a small screw driver like the ring cameras mini orange screw drivers fit in the hole and turn on the m4 mini. And its open all 4 sides so plenty of room for the vents in the back of the new mini for all the air to escape.
