iPod How does this make sense (regarding iPod Games)

I just purchased the 8G Nano a few days ago and I was thinking about buying the game Bejeweled for it when in the iTunes store it says that it will only work on the iPod Classic (5th Generation), yet right next to that is two games (iQuiz and Vortex) that only suppose to work in the Classic as well, yet they are both in my iPod. How does this make any sense???
