This is what I'm looking at for my new setup...


Logitech Wireless Mouse (looking at LX7 or LX8) $20-30 (eBay/Amazon)
Apple Keyboard Wired $40-50 (eBay/Amazon)
USB HUB $10-20 (eBay/Amazon)
22” Monitor (Looking at Samsung SyncMaster T220) $150-250
Monitor Adapter Cable $20-30 (Apple/Amazon)


Paired with either the low end 15" MBP or the low end unibody MB


Anything else I should need?
Any recommendations on the stuff on my list?

I reccommend getting the LX8 lazer mouse (logitech) should be around your price interest.

what will you use it for? the MB is satisfactory for most purposes and since you will have an external monitor there is not a great need for extra real estate. unless you are heavily multi-tasking between a number of intensive apps or playing games, the MB is more than enough for word processing, web and watching video, etc...

The main reason I want the MBP is that the MB screen to me is just not clear.
I look at the MBA and MBP and the difference is incredible.

So it is

1) Screen quality
2) Screen size
3) Lighted Keyboard
4) Who can't use a faster computer


btw I plan on running dual monitors (the 22" and the laptop screen)

As far as my accessories I'm looking at the LX7 or LX8 mouse and the Samsung T220 Touch of Color Monitor....
