I mean the coin is balanced on the glass but on side of the coin has a lot of wight (2 forks), how is it balanced? I have seen such tricks done in front of me but i never understood how they work.

It's just torque. The handles of the forks are angled backward, helping to keep it in equilibrium. I'm sure someone else will explain it more in depth.
