How does Time Capsule choose what to backup when it's out of space?

I wanted to use my Time Capsule as a file server and don't want the backups to eat up all the space. I've got a 250GB SSD in my MBP and I think 3 times that space is plenty enough so I partitioned the TC drive to give 750GB to my sparsebundle. I'm approaching that 750GB mark and I'm wondering how TC decides what to backup when it runs out of space. Does it just drop the oldest backup or does it value certain files higher than others? Any feedback is welcome!

P.S. Don't want to sound like a smartass, but this was literally the first link I found when googling for 'Time Machine'

Yeah I was just flying high on Red Bull and was thinking how "smart" Apple systems were that started me thinking about all these possibilities for file priorities and options on how to chose what gets dumped when the drives out of space. However looking at it now it's a pretty straight forward answer that deserved more of a Google search and not a forum post.
