I'm currently an AT&T user in the US. I dont have the iphone. I wanna switch from my regular phone to iphone 3G. Anyone know if that's a termination or the plan will continue? I heard that the price will be higher to buy the phone (why is that ) So, an AT&T customer wanting to upgrade to the iphone has to pay a higher price than a non AT&T user? what logic is that?

As long as you are upgrade eligible, you get the subsidized price. Your voice plan should continue as is unless you happen to be on a really old plan that AT&T no longer wants to offer.
