How does Ventura run on Macbook 12-inch 2017?

Macbook 2017 is the weakest Ventura supported Mac. Knowing Monterey being largely snappy on it, has anybody tried run the beta yet? Do stage manager and continuity camera work smoothly?

I tried. Everything is ok. Navigating on System Setting are pretty slow.

I upgraded my to beta 1 for a day and it felt a bit choppy on switching apps or threads in iMessage and it felt hotter. So I rolled back. Probably wait until official version comes out. Didn’t feel anything different except for the settings menu

Well who is taking the plunge? How is that Ventura running on the 2017 12” MacBook?

Works pretty good. This MB is my daily driver - Safari/Chrome/Photoshop No problems. + I am playing Forza Horizon 5 on external 4K monitor via Xbox Cloud Gaming 🙂
