Hi,

I am thinking of using the iMac in two different locations, one on my desk as a desktop, and in my bedroom using a wall vesa mount. I find it a VERY cool idea to have that gorgeous screen hover above me and myself using a bluetooth keyboard and mouse plus apple remote in the comfort of my bed. Plus it can be a great setup to watch movies.

However, the iMac is still on its way and I have no idea how hard it is to remove the screen from its stand, and how hard it is to attach it to a vesa mount. If it's a big hassle then I don't think it will be a good idea.

Any insights, plus a good and relatively cheap wall vesa mount?

Thanks,

Oded S.

While the early G5 iMac was versa mountable the new ones aren't there's a recent thread* on mounting started by Dietcokevanilla.
