How expensive is the Airport Extreme?

I'm not that familiar with different routers, I assume there is an Apple premium on the Airport Extreme. How much is an equivalent product from another manufacturer?

Funny you should ask. I just bought one last night at the local Apple Store. Yes, they are more expensive than most other routers at $180 (US), but I got it because my wife and both have laptops and needed a way to share data on an external hard drive wirelessly. The Airport Extreme has a USB port on it that a lot of routers do not have that you can either plug in a hard drive or a printer. That way we didn't have to buy an expensive desktop...
