I have a 2017 13inch MacBook Pro and I have about 50GB's worth of photos and videos on my iPhone 7 Plus that I want to get from my Phone to MBP.
I have a standard USB to Lightning Cable, and I also have a USB-C to Lightning cable.
I'm wondering what the transfer speeds for each would be. Obviously for the USB to Lightning Cable I'd have to use the USB-C to USB adapter which I have, but for the other cable (USB-C to Lightning Cable) I wouldn't need an adapter.
Found conflicting information online and the Apple website doesn't list exact speeds.
