iCloud How find largest videos on icloud to free up space?

My 2TB icloud is full. How can I sort videos by size on icloud to delete them and free up space?

I'm a PC user.

On the phone, I'm using only 200gig of 512gig so I guess these videos would be old ones over the years that have been uploaded to icloud?

#HELP! I can't backup my iphone and I'm stuck!

After call apple tech support and being told "you can't", I escalated the case and after a lengthy discussion, the senior tech eventually told me to download icloud client for windows, then use file explorer to sort by size, and delete as desired.

It took a long time but that sounds like a reasonable approach.
