How fo you Transfer files from iCloud to Music App??

I have an iPhone 5s running iOS 9.2
I have songs that I have downloaded onto iCloud through my email.
They are my own songs that were NOT purchased through iTunes (so I can't do it that way).

I want these songs, which I currently have sitting in iCloud, to show up in my "Music" app on my phone.
I know this is possible. Who can help?

Do you mean they are stored in iCloud Drive? If so, I think the only option would be to download the songs on your computer and sync them with iTunes
