How get playlists off iPhone?

I ended up wiping my computer and re-installing Windows. I didn't get iTunes to backup my old playlists, so now they are only on my phone and I can't add anything to them. How can I yank/copy my playlists on my phone BACK into iTunes? I'd hate to have to delete everything and start fresh.

I haven't used it for awhile, but you might look at a third party app like Wondershare TunesGo.
