It remains to be seen. Probably a little better than the differential between the base and high-end models in 2019. The base Pro has pretty good thermal cooling, even with just 1 fan. It isn’t as limited as the Air.

Yes, we do not know its full potential yet due to the thermal limitation in the Air. Waiting for reviews from the usual YouTubers.
