Has anyone tried to fool the WATCH into thinking it was still attached to the wrist, maybe slide it to the fingertips of one arm to another and back onto a wrist?

Just want to see if it could be circumvented - wouldn't want someone stealing it from my wrist while I'm passed out and it stays unlocked for Pay or access to other information.
