It depends on signal in this country, when I am getting LTE it is pretty fast. Most countries I am going are not even up to 4G yet

yeah - i wouldn't think you're going to have much luck. of course that depends entirely on where in India you are going. As i'm sure you are aware, India is an extremely diverse country socioeconomically.
