How hard to swap CPU's in a Mac Pro?

I have a 1,1 Mac Pro with 2.0ghz xeons but was given another unit that has a bad logic board but really good CPU's in it.
I believe its the same series of Mac Pros or possibly a 2007 model.

Is it very difficult to remove the cpu's?
