How I can convert videos to better quality

You cannot make anything better quality, you can only maintain what there is.

You really can't the rez will never get better. But you could enhance it with a program like color or Quicktime pro.

The source is as good as its going to be.
But there are programs like VirtualDub which can change colors, add filters etc to improve the quality. It wont be huge, but it will look a bit better.

Essentially, if the source sucks (YouTube videos mostly are average quality), then the end result will always suck
