How I can create files for use with iReSign?

hi, I have an developer account apple, but I can not create files for the UDID.

I know I need 4 files.

12312.cer
Certificates.p12
developer_identity.cer
Development.mobileprovision

I Registering UDID a gift to those who explained to me.
