This belongs in the jailbreak subforum. You're not very descriptive. What tweak is it? Is it virtual home? Touch ID is disabled by default when asleep.

I'm going to ignore the rude post that would have caused most people to just report you. If you can't explain the bug, don't expect help. I have no idea what's not working. Your screen shot is literally just a settings page. What's wrong with it?

A tweak to stop someone manhandling your finger onto the Touch ID sensor whilst you're sleeping? Blimey, this is CIA-level stuff.
Why not use a 6-digit passcode whilst sleeping?

Seeing how the police don't need your permission to use your finger print to unlock your phone, this could be the reason. I like the other use, letting someone use your phone but giving them limited access, for that you could just dial it and lock it before handing it over.

Or You can also just put the wrong finger on it a number of times and that deactivates it as well.
