It my first iphone and I have become a victim of scammers, and in my iPhone, there is someone else’s account. The support service refuses to help me because I don’t have the receipt or the box. The name of the phone remains the same, I can log into the App Store with my account, although it asks for my password every time. The main settings are under the scammers' password and I can't do anything about it. Overall, I can still use the phone. But I would like to solve this problem. What can I do in this situation? Or is it easier to sell it for parts?

If you don't have proof of purchase Apple won't help you at all.. At this point, selling for parts might be your only option
